Summary: Coconut oil is high in saturate fat , but still can be used in a diet. How can this be? Well Dr. Barry Sears is an expert on Lipids (fats). Coconut oil is a better source of  fat than other Saturated fats. Which is a good thing because it can be used for cooking. It contains vitamin E and some antioxidants, and is also rich in tocotrienols , but once you cook it the tocotrienols degrade during the cooking process so you no longer have the full benefit of coconut oil. It is also low on Omega 6 fatty acids which is less than (2%). The research is still limited and needs to be checked out more.

Critique: This sounds like an alright vitamin to take..There are some ups and downs , like you can lose alot of weight by taking it and you can also lose your vitamin E if you decide to cook it with something. If you want to lose weight , then you can make that decision on what you want.

Impact: In all the Coconut oil worked, but there was alot of negative affects done with it. If you want to lose weight then take it , it will for sure make you lose weight and you will be happy with your results. If your skinny and you think you need to lose weight then don't take it , you will probably make yourself sick.
